About the Journal

The Academic International Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities (AIJSSH) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to publishing high-quality, original research across a broad range of social science and humanities disciplines. The journal operates under an open-access model, ensuring unrestricted access to scholarly knowledge for researchers, academics, and readers worldwide, thereby enhancing the visibility, dissemination, and academic impact of published research.

AIJSSH follows a continuous publication model and is issued twice annually (January - June ), and (July-December)

The journal’s mission is to advance knowledge in the social sciences and humanities and to support the global research community by encouraging studies that offer clear intellectual and scholarly contributions. AIJSSH seeks to foster academic dialogue and collaboration by building strong scholarly bridges among researchers and academic institutions at both regional and international levels.

The journal accepts original scholarly manuscripts written in Arabic or English, provided they demonstrate novelty, methodological rigour, and a clear contribution to knowledge in the fields of social sciences and humanities.

AIJSSH also considers manuscripts derived from Master’s and Doctoral theses, provided that the work has not been previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere. In such cases, authors must clearly indicate on the first page that the manuscript is extracted from an academic thesis, specifying the awarding institution and the year the degree was granted.
