This study examines the role of digital health in providing health care to patients in an urban environment, focused on socio-cultural interactions and economic and environmental contexts, reviewing emerging trends and technologies that drive therapeutic and preventive practice, as well as the accessibility of health services in marginalized areas and urban challenges. Based on the sociological perspective according to the descriptive method, the study utilized a random sample of approximately 200 participants, collecting data through a questionnaire to assess levels of interaction with intelligent systems. The study concluded that virtual health remains complementary and does not take the place of a doctor, as it represents a communication bridge between patients and official institutions.
