الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء العلاقة بين إدراك رأس المال الاجتماعي وتبادل المعرفة بوساطة الالتزام التنظيمي، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. يتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع موظفي المديرية العامة للتربية في كربلاء المقدسة، والبالغ عددهم 1000 موظف. وبالاعتماد على جدول كوتشران، بلغ حجم العينة 278 فردًا، تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة.

تمثلت أداة البحث في الاستبانة، حيث استُخدمت ثلاثة استبيانات معيارية، هي: استبانة رأس المال الاجتماعي لناهابيت وغوشال (1998)، واستبانة لولب المعرفة لنوناكا وتاكيوتشي (1995)، واستبانة الالتزام التنظيمي لماير وآلن (1990). وقد تم التحقق من الصدق الظاهري وصدق المحتوى للاستبانات من قبل المشرف، وخبراء في الموضوع، وعدد من أفراد مجتمع الدراسة.

وبالاعتماد على معامل ألفا كرونباخ، بلغت معاملات الثبات لاستبانة رأس المال الاجتماعي، واستبانة تبادل المعرفة، واستبانة الالتزام التنظيمي على التوالي (0.94)، و(0.96)، و(0.76). ولتحليل بيانات البحث، تم استخدام برنامجي SPSS الإصدار 19 وAMOS الإصدار 20.

في التحليل الإحصائي، استُخدمت الإحصاءات الوصفية لاستخلاص المعلومات الأساسية مثل المتوسط الحسابي، والقيمتين الصغرى والكبرى، وعدد البيانات، والانحراف المعياري، والتكرارات، والنسب المئوية. أما في الإحصاءات الاستدلالية، فقد استُخدم اختبار كولموغوروف–سميرنوف، واختبار كروسكال–والِس، وتحليل التباين (ANOVA)، واختبار (T) للعينات المستقلة.

وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيًا مقدارها (0.33) بين إدراك رأس المال الاجتماعي وتبادل المعرفة بوساطة الالتزام التنظيمي. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة قوية مقدارها (0.81) بين رأس المال الاجتماعي وتبادل المعرفة، وكذلك علاقة دالة مقدارها (0.59) بين الالتزام التنظيمي وتبادل المعرفة، إضافة إلى وجود علاقة قوية مقدارها (0.51) بين رأس المال الاجتماعي والالتزام التنظيمي.
