الصحة الرقمية في بيئات حضرية (دراسة سوسیولوجية ميدانية: مدينة القنيطرة نموذجا)

تتناول هذه الدراسة دور الصحة الرقمية في تقديم الرعاية الصحية لدى المرضى في بيئة حضرية، وركزت على التفاعلات سوسيو-ثقافية والسياقات الاقتصادية والبيئية، مستعرضا الاتجاهات والتقنيات الناشئة التي تقود الممارسة العلاجية والوقائية، ومدى إمكانية الاستفادة من الخدمات الصحية في المناطق المهمشة والتحديات الحضرية. استنادا إلى المنظور السوسيولوجي وفق المنهج الوصفي، واعتمادا على العينة العشوائية المتمثلة بحوالي 200 مفردة، جمعت بياناتها عن طريق أداة الاستمارة، بهدف معرفة مستويات التفاعل مع الأنظمة الذكية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الصحة الافتراضية تبقى مكملة ولا تقوم مقام الطبيب، حيث تمثل جسرا تواصليا بين المرضى والمؤسسات الرسمية.
